Besides the temple you will find loads of street shops which sells Singapore souvenirs at a very very reasonable rate.
You can combine 3-4 items and get it at mere 4-5 SGD.
In addition, from key chains, refrigerator magnets, ,t-shirts, accessories, clothing, home accessories everything literally.The street is usually attracts crowd with tourists and locals for shopping.
